Sibongile Dladla brings over 15 years of experience in talent management. As a Black female entrepreneur who built JSK Consulting from the ground up, she understands both the challenges and possibilities of South Africa’s transformation landscape. Her leadership style is rooted in integrity, strategic insight, and authentic connection. She believes transformation happens through relationships, not transactions, and that real impact requires creative thinking, not template solutions. Sibongile is committed to creating pathways for the next generation of leaders, building ecosystems where businesses grow together, and proving that transformation isn’t a zero-sum game.
